Intro to Rifle
Designed for students with little to no understanding of rifle technique.
Explore the fundamentals of rifle spinning in this introductory class! Designed for beginners, this class focuses on developing proper technique and control as you learn basic spins, tosses, and catches. Students will build strength, coordination, and precision, while also learning how to integrate body movement with rifle work.

Intermediate Flag
Designed for students with a solid foundation in flag technique
This class will focus on refining your skills and learning more advanced flag skills, including tosses, spins, and choreography. Emphasis is placed on improving fluidity, precision, and control while developing the ability to perform with dynamic expression and grace.
Should be comfortable with single 45s, flat tosses, and double silk tosses

Intro to Sabre
Designed for students with little to no understanding of sabre technique.
This class will teach you the basics of handling a sabre, focusing on technique and control. You'll learn essential moves like spins, tosses, and catches, along with how to integrate body movements to create sharp, dynamic performances. Emphasis is placed on building strength, precision, and confidence.

Intermediate Rifle
Designed for students with an understanding of rifle technique and musicality.
This class focuses on increasing precision, strength, and control while working to enhance performance quality and fluidity. With an emphasis on improving consistency and integrating dynamic body movement, students will gain the skills needed to execute more challenging rifle routines with confidence.
Should be consistently tossing triples and comfortable with a basic spin medley

Advanced Flag
Designed for experienced flag spinners ready to master advanced techniques and elevate their performance with precision and artistic expression.
This class is for experienced flag spinners looking to refine their technique and enhance their artistry. The focus will be on advanced tosses, complex spins, and intricate choreography, with an emphasis on precision, control, and fluidity. You’ll also develop your dynamic expression and storytelling, learning to infuse emotion and creativity into every movement.
Proficiency in 45s, flat tosses, double silk tosses, and a deep understanding of foundational flag techniques.
DANCE CLASSES

Strength and Flexibility
This class targets the key strength and flexibility needed for dance and color guard. Using a mix of strength training and dynamic stretching, you'll improve mobility, build core and lower body strength, and enhance your flexibility for better technique and injury prevention. Perfect for all levels, this class will help you move with more control, power, and ease in your dance and color guard practice.

Students will learn the essential positions, movements, and techniques of classical ballet, focusing on proper alignment, flexibility, and posture. The class is designed to build strength and coordination while introducing the graceful, structured movements of ballet. Take your dance skills to the next level in our Leaps and Turns class! This dynamic class focuses on developing height and power in your jumps and precision in your turns. Designed for dancers with basic technique (suitable for beginning and intermediate levels), students will work on building control, balance, and fluidity in their leaps, pirouettes, and other turning movements.

Beg./Int. Contemporary
Explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance in this dynamic class for beginners and intermediates. Focus on building strength, flexibility, and fluidity while learning expressive movement and choreography. You'll develop your technical skills, improve coordination, and expand your creative range through a mix of floor work, improvisation, and structured combinations. Ideal for those new to contemporary or looking to refine their technique!
CLASS ATTIRE
Class participants are encouraged to wear form-fitting clothing that allows them to freely move and stretch with comfort. Activewear or dance wear is suggested based on the participant’s preference. Footwear and other class-specific suggestions are noted below:
Ballet: Ballet shoes are recommended, leotard and tights optional.
Contemporary: Bare feet or socks recommended
Jazz: Bare feet, jazz shoes, or socks recommended
Leaps and Turns: Bare feet, jazz shoes, or socks recommended
Strength and Flexibility: Bare feet or socks recommended
All Equipment Classes: Gloves and bare feet recommended
